About Us

Our name and logo encapsulate our mission and values

At GlocoLearning, we are a dynamic social business driven by the desire to create meaningful impact. The two curves in our logo represent more than just food bowls—they symbolize 'lifting each other up' and the interconnectedness of the global and local communities. The U-shapes in our logo signify our commitment to addressing and bending the curve on today’s pressing poly-crisis of climate change, biodiversity loss, malnutrition, and inequity. We believe in the power of collective effort to create sustainable  food systems for all.

We are process oriented

If you turn the top bowl around, you get an interrupted circle. This captures the facilitation process. The top half stands for the content (vision, changes, and results), while the bottom half represents the process (people and purpose). The content or ‘what’ is always in the hands of participants, the process or ‘how’ is in the hands of glocolearning.

We are driven by values

If you multiply the bowl, you get 4 circles connected to each other. We are deeply committed to sustainability, equity, and well-being, and we’re in it for the long haul. To get there, we stand for our four core values: openness and inclusion, humility and courage.
